银屑病患者用小红参治疗外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

The changes of T lymphocytic subset in peripheral blood of psoriasis before and after rubiae treatment.

目的 探讨银屑病外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及小红参治疗银屑病的免疫学机理。方法 单克隆抗体间接免疫芝光法测定 32例进行期银屑病患者在小红参治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果 ①进行期银屑病外周血中CD+8T细胞升高CD4 +/CD8+比值降低。②CD8+T细胞经小红参治疗后降至正常 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 +/CD8+比值也恢复正常。③小红参治疗前后CD3+,CD4 +及CD2 +T细胞均在正常范围 (P >0 0 1)。

To study the immunologic machanisms of rubiae yunnanensis (Franch) diesls in treatment of psoriasis. Methods The T lymphocytic subsets in peripheral blood of 32 cases were observed before and after rubiae injection by using monoclonal antibody indirect immunoflorescence technique. Results The numbers of CD 8 + T cell of the psoriasis patients were increased (P<0 01), the CD 4 +/CD 8 + was decreased to 0 9(normal vaiue: 1 40); After injecting rubiae injection(4g per day, for 15 days), the unmber of CD 8 + T cell decreased to normal, and CD 4 + /CD 8 + also changed to normal.Conclusion Before and after treatment of rubiae, no changes in CD 3 +, CD 2 +, and CD 4 + T cell, their numbers kept normal in psoriasis patients.
