白细胞介素-6对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）诊断子宫内膜异位症的临床价值.方法 对41例非子宫内膜异位症（1组）和53例子宫内膜异位症（2组）患者测定血清IL-6、癌抗原-125（CA-125）水平,观察两组的区别.结果 2组血清IL-6水平显著升高,以2.6 ng/L作为阈值,血清IL-6在Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜异位症（3组）敏感度为58.2％、特异度为74.3％；在Ⅲ～Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症（4组）的病变中CA-125以41 μg/L为阈值,其敏感度为92.1％、特异度为70.2％.结论 血清IL-6对子宫内膜异位症有诊断价值,特别是Ⅰ～Ⅱ期的子宫内膜异位症诊断高于CA-125,两者联合应用能进一步提高诊断.
