中学基础教育与高师师资培养——湖南常德地区基础教育状况调研报告

Basic Education in Middle Schools and Teacher Training in Normal Colleges: an Investigation Report on the Development of Basic Education in Changde Prefecture of Hunan Province

近年来 ,常德地区中学教师的学历得到高度重视 ,教学引进激励机制 ,营造良好的德育氛围 ,突出素质教育 ,面向社会需求的办学新模式正在形成。根据调查 ,适应未来中学基础教育发展需要的新师资模式是 :“三高二会一扎根” ,即高学历、高知识创新能力、高技能 ,会教学、会管理 ,扎根农村的新师资。为提高新师资培养质量 ,高师应调整课程改革思路 ,培育学生创新素质 ,实现一专多能 ;改革教学方法 ;提高学生的师范素质 ;加强师德教育 ;依据中学基础教育教学、管理的需要确定培养目标 。

According to the demand on the teacher's quality of basic education in middle schools in Changde prefecture, this investigation report probes deeply into the problem of how to train such teacher, and then points out the principles and the orientation of the reform and developments of normal college educution in the future.
