摘要 介绍了烷基化废硫酸经高温裂解生产硫酸的工艺流程、技术特点和运行情况。该工艺解决了浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺中废硫酸消化处理难的问题,1t质量分数为82%的烷基化废硫酸可生产质量分数98%的成品硫酸0.72t,生产1t成品硫酸的原料及动力消耗为273.6元,且尾气排放满足GB 16297—1996的环保要求。 The process flow, technical characteristics and running situation of sulfuric acid pro- duction by alkylation and high-temperaturc cracking of waste sulfuric acid were introduced. Thc waste sulfuric acid was generatcd in thc cleaning of acetylcne with conccntrated sulfuric acid, and was difficult to deal with. This problem was solved by thc process. The product of 0.72 t 98wt% sulfuric acid could be obtaincd from 1 t 82wt% alkylated waste sulfuric acid. Thc raw materials and power consumption cost 273.6 yuan RMB for production of 1 t sulfuric acid. The tail gas cmission could meet the environmcntal protection rcquircments in GB 16297- 1966.
