摘要
目的观察p16在不同的宫颈病变中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P检测法,检测宫颈组织石蜡包埋标本108例(LCIN22例、HCIN22例和SC64例)p16的表达状况。结果 p16的表达强度从LCIN组、HCIN组到SC组逐渐增强,呈正相关(Gamma=0.568,P<0.01)。在SC组中,在SC组中,p16蛋白的阳性表达与组织学分级相关,与临床分期和患者的年龄无相关性。结论随着病变级别的升高(从LCIN、HCIN到SC),p16的表达趋势是逐渐升高的,提示它可能在宫颈癌的发展的过程中起重要作用,可作为预测CIN转归的指标。p16可能是宫颈癌早期诊断的重要标记物;p16的表达与宫颈鳞癌的分化有关,提示p16可能参与了宫颈鳞癌的分化过程。
Objective: To explore the role of p16 in oncogenesis progression of cervical cancer.Methods: SP method of immunochemistry was employed to investigate the expression of p16 in 108 cervical tissue paraffin blocks including 22 LCIN,22 HCIN and 64 SC.Results: p16 expression of intensity grows stronger from LCIN,HCIN and SC groups in means of positive relation(Gamma = 0.568,P 0.01).The positive expression rate of p16 in SC group relates to tissue grade.The positive expression rate of p16 in SC group has no relation with patient age and clinical stage.Conclusion: The expression of p16 is upregulated gradually,and correlated with pathological grade(LCIN,HCIN and SC),which probably indicates the over expressions of p16 are associated with the development of cervical cancer,and they would be predict a biomarker of squeal of CIN.p16,could be a better biomarker for early diagnose of the cervical cancer.The expression of p16 is positive correlation with histopathological grading in SC,it may play an important role in judging prognosis of cervical cancer.
