卵泡不破裂黄素化周期行冻融胚胎移植的临床结局分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析比较冻融胚胎在自然排卵周期和卵泡不破裂黄素化(luteinized unrupture follicle,LUF)周期的临床结局。方法以768例自然排卵周期为对照,分析58例LUF周期行冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET)的临床妊娠率和早期流产率。结果 LUF周期的临床妊娠率51.7%,自然排卵周期为41.3%;两组间临床妊娠率、早期流产率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 FET周期中LUF周期在明确的LH峰监测下有较好的妊娠结局。
