瘦素与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制的研究

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种发病呈多因性、临床表现呈多态性的内分泌紊乱综合征。其发病机制至今尚未阐明。自从有报道高瘦素血症与PCOS发病过程中发挥重要的作用,引起"瘦素与PCOS相互关系"成为各研究中心的研究热点,但研究结果各异。本综述从瘦素的结构、功能特点、及与胰岛素等相关因素相互作用,去综合分析瘦素和其他相关因素在PCOS发病中的相互作用,进一步探讨PCOS的发病机制。

Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is an endocrine disorder with a variety of etiopathogensis and clinic manifestations.Hitherto it s pathogenesy is still uncleared.Since there were report about hyperleptinaemia take a great part in the pathological process of the PCOS,the＂relationship betweet leptin and PCOS ＂ become research focus of all every research centers.But different reserch has different opinion.This review base on the structure、function of the leptin,and the ralation with insult and other relevant factors to analyze all kinds of studie＇s results comprehensively.Analyze the interaction of leptin and other relevant factors in the pathogenesis of PCOS,to further explore the complexity of the pathogenesis and heterogeneity of PCOS.
