摘要 自我调控学习是指学习者为了保证学习的成功、提高学习的效果、达到学习的目标 ,主动运用元认知、动机和行为的过程。自我调控学习作为一种能力 ,是素质教育的重要内容。其实质是对自己的学习过程进行的自我监督、自我调节和自我控制。自我调控学习与主体性教育具有内在的一致性。主体性教育的核心是要培养学生学习的独立自主性 。 Selfregulated learning is a procedure of learning during which learners volunteer to use metacognition,motivation and action so as to ensure success in learning,improvement of learning effectiveness and the achievement of learning goals.Selfregulated learning is an important part of qualityoriented education.Its main characteristics are selfcontrol and self regulation with regards to the selflearning process.There is an inner identity between selfregulated learning and independent learning education.The key of independent learning education is to cultivate the independence of learning strategies so as to turn them into the independent people of learning and development.
