The development of children's social adaptation is one of the important parts of teaching children to develop their qualities.It is an important method which can promote the development of children's sociability and personality,and it is also a new starting point in children's quality education.The development of children's initiative in teacherchildren relationship is its core and key.This paper analyses five different aspects:importance and status,core and key,the development model,principle and concrete methods of children's social adaptation qualities.
