摘要
针对徐州某内庭式广场地下室上浮的事故,依据原资料审查、现场检测和抗浮设计复核,对地下室破裂机理进行了分析,分析结果表明,破裂主要原因为原抗浮设计不满足要求,且施工未能及时排水及回填土。针对地下室上浮后所产生的问题采用了"排"与"抗"两种措施进行处理,以满足后续正常使用的要求。
Based on the original reviews,in-site detection and design reviews,failure mechanism was analyzed aiming at up-floating basement of a chamber square in Xuzhou.Results show that the unqualified anti-floating design is the main reason for the failure,while the delayed drainage of water and refill of soil lead to the failure as well.To meet the requirements of normal use,reinforcement measures of 'dewater' and 'resist' were adopted to deal with the problem caused by up-floating basement.
