通过研究分析建筑领域从建筑单体节能向区域能源规划和城市节能减排的横向发展、从重视建设使用节能向重视建筑节能规划设计和优化运行管理的纵向发展、从建筑节能定性化向建筑节能定量化发展的趋势,提出建筑领域的节能发展模式,如城市层面的建筑能源规划、能源结构调整、市场推进机制、供热计量和分布式能源系统,建筑层面的围护结构改善、可再生能源建筑应用及建筑用能调节与运行管理等,为我国建筑领域的可持续发展提供参考。

According to the research and analysis of building energy efficiency in the horizontal development from building energy efficiency to regional energy planning and urban energy saving＆emission reduction, the longitudinal development from emphasize construction and use to focus on building energy efficiency plan＆design and the oper- ation＆management, and the development trend from qualitative to quantitative, some development patterns are pro- posed in the field of building. In the city level, building energy planning, the adjustment of energy structure, the market mechanism, heating metering and the distributed energy systems are considered; In the building level,the improvements of building envelope, the renewable energy in buildings and the regulation and operation management of building energy are applied. The development patterns provide a reference for the sustainable development in the construction sector of China.
