长航舰员心电图ST-T改变的分析 被引量:3

Analysis of ST-T change of the marines sailed in the Gulf of Aden for a long time

摘要 目的观察亚丁湾海域长时间远航舰员心电图ST-T改变特点。方法对140例赴亚丁湾海域护航编队舰员,按远航前组和远航返回组,进行常规体表12导联心电图检测,分别对比两组的ST-T改变及心率情况。结果远航返回组比较远航前组的J波发生率未发生变化(2.8%),早复极(ER)增加1例(9.3%),二者差异均无统计学意义(p=0.834>0.05);而ST-T压低改变(7.9%)明显增加,差异有统计学意义(p=0.028<0.05),同时平均心率增快(p=0.001)。结论长时间海域远航易引起舰员自主神经功能失调,导致交感神经兴奋性增高,使心室肌复极电位发生改变;对迷走神经张力增高所致的心室复极提前,基本呈持续稳定状态,具有适应能力。 Objective To investigate the variation featrues of electrocardiogram of the marines sailed in the Gulf of Aden for a long time.Methods 140 marines of escort fleet were measured by conventional surface 12-leads ECG two times,one isdeparture and the other is return.ST-T change and average heart rate of the departure group and the return group were compared.Results Compared the departure group with the return group,the J wave(2.8%)had no change,early repolarization added 1 case,both have no statistical significant(p=0.8340.05),ST-T depression(7.9%)increased obviously with statistical significant(p=0.0280.05),and average heart rate increased at the same time(p=0.001).Conclusion Sailed a long time cauesed the marines autonomic nerve dysfunction,sympathetic nervous excitability more intensive and ventricular muscle repolarization potential alteration;Cardiac ventricle repolarization in advance by vagal toneheightened keeped stabilization statusand had adaptability.
