0型Brugada波 被引量：2

摘要 Brugada综合征患者心电图V1～V3导联存在着三联改变,同时还能伴发恶性室性心律失常,引起室颤及心脏性猝死。该综合征主要累及青壮年（20～50岁）的男性患者（男：女发病10：1）,多数患者平素健康,猝死常为首发症状。自1991年西班牙Brugada兄弟首次报道以来,已引起临床医师的高度重视。20年来的资料表明,中国的Brugada综合征并非少见。
