基于瞬时电流检测的Class D型串联谐振变换器集成控制方法的研究

摘要 针对应用于DC/DC和DC/AC变换器的Class D型电压源串联谐振变换器,提出了一种集成控制方法。首先讨论了由谐振频率及其次谐波(subharmonics)构成的集成控制信号的产生机理;进而阐述了半波集成脉冲密度调制的原理。依据3种基本谐振电流控制算法,给出了详细的控制电路以及DC/DC变换器谐振电流增益值的计算方法。利用仿真和实验结果验证得出,提出的控制方法能够使变换器输出特性满足零电流开关(Zero-Current Switching,ZCS)条件,对比其它已知的方法,具有更高的效率。 An integrated control method is proposed for Class D series voltage source resonant converter applying to DC/DC and DC/AC converter. At first, the generation mechanism of the integrated control signal which consists of the resonant frequen- cy and subharmonics is discussed, and the principle of integrated half-wave pulse density modulation is elaborated. According to three basic control algorithms of resonant current, the detail control circuit and the calculation method of resonant current gain value for DC/DC converter are given. It is shown from the simulation and experimental results that the proposed control method can make output characteristics of converters meet the requirements of zero-current switching, and has higher efficien- cy than other known methods.
