区域能源消耗强度与碳排放关系的差异研究——基于2001～2010年我国省际面板数据

District energy consuming strength and carbon emission relation's difference research data based on 2001-2010 China provincial panel data

本文利用2001-2010年我国30个省(市)的面板数据,通过面板协整方法研究了东、中、西部地区经济增长、能源消耗强度对二氧化碳排放量影响程度的差异。结果表明,二氧化碳排放量对经济增长变化的敏感度区域性差异较小,东部略高于中、西部;对能源消耗强度变化的敏感度,东部地区显著高于中部,中部显著高于西部。因此,应基于各地区的特征制定侧重点不同的节能减排政策。

The paper uses panel data of Chinese 30 provinces（city） from 2001 to 2010,studies the degree difference of regional effect of economic growth,energy consumption intensity on carbon dioxide emissions by panel cointegration method.The results show：that regional carbon dioxide emissions sensitivities to economic growth change exit a small difference,eastern region＇s is little higher than central and western;eastern region＇s sensitivity to energy consumption intensity change is higher than central regions＇ significantly.Therefore,energy-saving emission reduction policies should be made based on features of each regions.
