BT模式下物价上涨引起的价款调整问题研究

Research of cost adjustment problem because of price increasing under BT mode

由于一般BT项目建设周期较长,在此建设周期中,物价上涨引起的工程价款调整以及BT回购价款的调整往往成为BT项目中的关键问题之一。本文以BT项目回购价款的组成结构为基础分析物价上涨对回购总价款的影响机理,得出回购价款各部分的价款调整模型,进而综合得出BT回购总价款的调整模型。

For the fact that BT construction period is totally long,prices adjustment in repurchase price and building construction,which caused by inflation of prices,is becoming one of the key issue in BT construction.On Analysising the consist of repurchase prices,the mechanism of rising prices＇ influence on repurchase prices is given.Using the mechanism to create formulas of every parts of repurchase prices,there comes a main formula of repurchase prices.
