摘要
轨道与上盖物业的一体化,是轨道建设组织方式的一种创新,更是企业建立造血机制,实现可持续发展的观念改革。本文在提出轨道与一体化实施的理念基础上,介绍一体化实施过程中的几点做法,并以深圳地铁为例,对新形势下的一体化探索进行了建议。
The integration of track and the uppercover property,is a kind of innovative organization pattern of track construction,furthermore,is the reform of enterprises to establish hematopoietic mechanism and to realizes the sustainable development.In this paper,based on the concept of the integrative implementation,it is introduced some methods of integration,and to explore recommendations on the integration of the new situation,taking Shenzhen Metro as an example.
