1995-2011年湖北省十堰市猩红热疫情资料分析

Analysis on the epidemic data of scarlet fever from 1995 to 2011 in Shiyan of Hubei

目的了解十堰市猩红热流行现状,为预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果十堰市1995-2011年累计报告猩红热共223例,年平均报告发病率0.39/10万。猩红热发病总体呈低流行状态,报告病例集中在十堰城区及15岁以下年龄组。结论采取综合预防措施,做好十堰市城区托幼机构及小学的猩红热防控工作。

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of scarlet fever in Shiyan, so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of the communicable disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted. Results A total of 223 cases of scarlet fever were reported from 1995 to 2011 in Shiyan with the average annual reported incidence of 0.39/100 000. In overall, the reported incidence of scarlet fever was at a low prevalence state. The reported cases concentrated in Shiyan City and age groups under 15 -year - old. Conclusions We should take comprehensive measures to do well the prevention and control work of scar- let fever in kindergarten and primary schools of Shiyan City.
