广州市手足口病疫情及死亡病例分析

Analysis on the epidemic of HFMD and death cases in Guangzhou

目的分析广州市手足口病疫情及死亡病例的发病、发展及死亡原因。方法通过"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"筛查手足口病病例、死亡病例,分析死亡病例的发现、报告、流行病学调查、现场处理及诊疗情况。结果对非典型的手足口病病例警惕性不高,错过了最佳的诊疗时间。结论养成良好的卫生习惯、早期明确诊断、加强疫情报告和规范治疗是降低手足口病发病和死亡的有效措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemic of hand - foot - and - mouth disease （HFMD） and incidence, development and death causes of Guangzhou City. Methods HFMD and death cases were screened through ＂ China Information For Diseases And Prevention , and the report, epidemiological investigation, on- site treatment and diagnosis of the death cases were analyzed. Results The non - typical cases of HFMD were not found, which missed the best treatment time. Conclusions Developing good health habits, early diagnosis, strengthening epidemic reports and standardizing treatments are effective measures for reducing the incidence of HFMD cases and deaths.
