扬州城市森林休闲产业的驱动力及发展对策分析

On the Driving Forces of Forest-based Urban Recreation Industry in Yangzhou and the Development Strategies

城市森林休闲产业结构的变动不仅依赖其资源禀赋,还受到相关政策及需求等驱动力因素的影响。对产业驱动力因素的分析表明,现有的扬州城市森林资源具有体量大、呈多维景观、依水分布、与传统文化结合紧密等特征,为居民户外休闲提供了良好的发展基础,但居民城市森林休闲产业发展非常缓慢。应通过制定都市休闲发展规划、实行多元化互惠参与机制、优化城市森林休闲产品结构、改进休闲服务水平等举措,实现扬州居民城市森林休闲产业发展水平的提升。

Urban residents have an increasing demand for urban forest-based recreational activities for the sake of physical and mental health. The adjustment of the industrial structure is subject to both the nature of urban forest resources and such factors as the related policies and demands. Yangzhou enjoys a great multitude of urban forest resources that are distributed on multi-dimensional land- scapes, mostly adjacent to＇rivers, and that are rich in cultural content. Such resources constitute a good foundation for outdoor recreational activities. However, the urban forest-based recreation indus- try is undergoing slow development in Yangzhou. It is proposed that multi-level strategies be adopted to boost its development.
