摘要
性话语的兴起是近代中国思想文化领域的重要现象,探寻性话语兴起的原因对于理解近代思想文化的转型具有重要意义。性话语取代前现代的艳情小说和房中书,体现了中国近代知识范式的转变。性话语的兴起也反映出中国社会所经历的多重变革,涉及的领域包括哲学思想、政治理念以及消费观念。性话语的兴起与时代主题之间存在着契合关系,其背后暗含着与独立、民主、富强相关的民族主义、个性主义、科学主义追求。
The advent of sexual discourse in the early 20th century is of great importance in culture and thought in China. A discussion of its causes can greatly promote our understanding of the philo- sophical and cultural turn in Modern China. Taking the place of the pre-modern erotic novels and sex handbooks, the sexual discourse represents a shift to modern paradigm of knowledge. And its advent also reflects the various changes occurring in China which cover such fields as philosophy, politics as well as consumption. It meshes with the important theme of the times： pursuit of nationalism, indi- vidualism and scientism, which are in turn related to independence, democracy and prosperity.
