This paper describes the treatment design of the soft clay foundation of parapet in Huadihe regulation project. The measure of treating soft clay foundation of newly built base of parapet on the embankment is mixing batter pile and vertical concrete precast pile so as to achieve the goal of optimizing engineering design and accumulating experiences for related design work.
