Brief Analysis of Status and Function of Flood-Diversion Sluice in a Village

随着防洪骨干工程的不断建成,我国各大流域防洪体系日臻完善,目前正在加大中小流域的综合治理工作。本文简述了东苕溪流域防洪体系概况,分析了流域治理情况和存在的问题,阐述了庄村分洪闸的建设缘由和工程概况,重点论述了庄村分洪闸在东苕溪流域的防洪地位和作用,明确了合理设置分洪闸可有效提高分(滞)洪区防洪能力和完善流域防洪格局的观点。

Along with the establishment of the key flood control projects, large watershed flood control system is becoming better and approaching perfection day by day in our country. Now, medium and small watershed comprehensive treatment work is strengthening. The paper sketches profiles of Dongshaoxi watershed flood control system and analyses watershed management situation and some existing problems. The author states the reasons of establishing village flood-diversion sluice as well as project profiles. The paper mainly discusses flood control status and function of village flood-diversion sluice in Dongshaoxi watershed and makes a point that appropriately setting up flood-diversion sluice can improve flood control capacity of flood diversion area as well as complete flood control pattern in watershed.
