摘要
本文介绍了事故应急决策系统的工作机制,及事故应急决策系统在北疆供水工程水库中的应用。指出该系统通过提高预案与抢险人员的交互性,提高了应急抢险处理的综合能力,可最大限度地减轻和避免洪水灾害造成的损失,保障供水工程安全。
The paper describes working mechanisms of decision-making system for response to accident and application of it in the northern Xinjiang water supply project reservoir. The author points out that by improving interactivity between preparedness and rescue personnel, this system improves the synthetic ability of emergency treatment, minimizes or avoids loss caused by flood, and protects the safety of water supply project.
