目的强化医院感染控制管理,实现医院感染控制工作的持续改进。方法分析目前医院感染工作面临的新问题和控制医院感染应该坚持的基本原则,并提出相应的管理对策。结果医务人员的全员参与意识、依法行医意识有待提高;感染控制规章制度有待完善;重点部门的管理需要加强。结论加大宣传力度、狠抓依法行医、建立信息管理系统和工作监督机制,对做好医院感染控制工作至关重要。

Objective To strengthen the nosocomical control management, in order to achieve the continuous im- provement of nosocomical control work. Methods The new problems in hospital infection and the basic principle that should persist in the work of infection control were analysed. The appropriate management measures were presented. Results The participating consciousness and the legal awareness of the medical staff should be promoted. The hospital in- fection control principles should be perfected The management of the important departments should be strengthened. Conclusion Intensifing propaganda, paying attention to legal medicine practice, establishing information management sys- tem and supervisory mechanism is essential for nosocomical control.
