1216例门诊药物咨询回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of 1216 Case of Drug Consultation in A Outpatient Department of Pharmacy

目的分析门诊药物咨询情况,针对性地提供药学服务,提高药学服务质量。方法对本院自2011～2012年1216例电话咨询和窗口咨询完整药物咨询资料进行回顾性分析。结果以窗口咨询为主占87.9%;且老年人居多占68.8%;咨询药物种类主要是心脑血管药物占40.6%咨询问题种类多,主要涉及药品供给、用法用量、不良反应等问题。结论本院药物咨询问题涉及面较广,但涉及深层次的药学问题偏少,需进一步提高药师的药物咨询专业水平。

Objective To summarize and analyze the data of drug consultation service for improving the quality of pharmacy service. Methods The data of 1 216 drug consultation cases with integrate record from 2011 to 2012, including telephone counseling and window counseling, were analyzed and summarized. Results Most of the patients choose window advisory （87.9%）. Elder were more than young and middle-aged for drug counseling. The main drug categories were cardiovascular agents （40.6%）. The consultation questions were extensive, including whether having certain drug, the usage and dosage of drugs and the adverse reactions. Conclusion The consultation questions are extensive, but fewer of consultation questions is related with the level of deep pharmaceutical issues, thus it is necessary to improve the professional level of pharmacists for promoting the deeper level development of drug consultation.
