摘要
目的研究某制药厂接收的药品质量投诉,为发现药品生产过程中可能存在的安全隐患提供依据,维护消费者利益。方法回顾性分析该厂2006~2012年75宗投诉记录,按投诉类型和造成投诉的原因进行分析。结果质量投诉的趋势呈现V字形,且以重要质量投诉和轻微质量问题投诉为主;非质量问题的投诉每年以缓慢的速度上升。结论该厂的产品质量投诉已成为质量保证的要素之一。
Objective To study the received drugs quality may be security risks for the pharmaceutical production process complaints in a pharmaceutical factory, to provide there to provide a basis to safeguard the interests of consumers. Methods The 75 complaints recorded from 2006 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed according to the complaint type and cause of the complaint reason. Results The trend of quality complaints showed a V-shaped, and it was mainly important quality complaints and minor quality complaints problems; complaints of non-quality problems increased at slow speeds annually. Conclusion Product quality complaint has become one of the quality assurance elements of the plant.
