胸部创伤的DR与CT的诊断价值

The value of DR and CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma

目的探讨胸部创伤的DR与CT的诊断价值。方法对162例胸部创伤的患者进行临床及影像学回顾性分析。结果全部病例均行DR及CT检查,其中151例(93.2%)经临床对症治疗治愈,11例(6.8%)虽经全力抢救,但终因病情严重,治疗无效而死亡。结论 DR及CT检查是胸部创伤的重要手段,但单纯DR检查存在一定局限性,需要密切结合临床、动态观察,才能减少漏误诊。及时有效的CT检查,可为早期胸部创伤明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the value of DR and CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma.Methods 162 patients of chest trauma were analyzed retrospectively in the aspect of clinic and iconography.Results All patients took DR and CT examination,151 patients（93.2%） were cured by clinical symptomatic treatment,11 patients（6.8%）were dead eventually because of serious illness.The treatment was invalid.Conclusion DR and CT examination is an important means of chest trauma,but DR examination has certain limitation,it need to be closely combined with clinical dynamic observation to reduce misdiagnosis.Timely and effective CT examination can confirm the early diagnosis of chest trauma.
