早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation treatment for acute stroke patients in daily life ability

目的探讨早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法从本科选择130例没有康复禁忌证的急性脑卒中患者,随机分为两组:治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组65例、对照组65例,对两组进行分析研究,两组均进行常规规范的神经内科治疗。在此基础上治疗组应用Bobath技术进行一个月的早期运动康复锻炼后,对每例患者采用神经功能缺损程度(CSS)评定。改良Barthel指数(MBI)于初期和末期进行评定。结果经过康复治疗后治疗组CCS评分(9.49±7.45)分,对照组(17.7±8.59)分;MBI评分治疗组(79.7±23.5)分,对照组(38.8±24.2)分,经统计学分析P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论急性脑卒中患者早期只要患者生命体征稳定即可逐步进行康复治疗,有利于脑卒中患者的神经功能恢复,提高肢体功能,提高日常生活活动能力,降低致残率,改善患者生活质量,降低社会及家庭负担。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on ADL of patients with stroke.Methods 130 cases of acute cerebral stroke patients without rehabilitation contraindication in our department,were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group,65 cases in treatment group,65 cases in the control group,to study and analyze the two groups,neurological department of internal medicine treatment group two were routine specification.Based on the application of Bobath technique in treatment group of early exercise rehabilitation exercise after a month,for each patient using the degree of neural function defect assessment（CSS）.Modified Barthel index（MBI） were assessed at the beginning and end of.Results after rehabilitation after treatment,CCS score（9.49±7.45） points,control group（17.7±8.59） points;MBI score in treatment group（79.7±23.5） points,（38.8±24.2） points in the control group,statistically significant differences of P0.01.Conclusion In patients with acute stroke as long as patients with stable vital signs can be gradually rehabilitation,recovery of neural function of stroke patients,improve physical function,ADL,decrease the rate of disability,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the social and family burden.
