适形调强放疗联合解毒固本汤治疗肝癌的临床观察

Clinical study on the combine intensity-modulated radiotherapy with the jieduguben tang for hepatic carcinoma

目的观察适形调强放疗联合解毒固本汤治疗肝癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法根据我国标准评价疗效及毒副反应,将82例患者随机分为适形调强放疗联合解毒固本汤为联合治疗组,适形调强放疗为对照组,两组各41例。结果联合治疗组一年以上生存率78%,对照组68%,骨髓抑制:联合治疗组白细胞减少发生率为7.3%,对照组12.3%,胃肠道反应两组发生率分别为12.3%和19.5%。结论适形调强放疗联合解毒固本汤治疗肝癌的疗效提高,毒副反应减少,可供临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of the treatment which combine intensitymodulated radiotherapy with the Jieduguben Tang for Hepatic carcinoma.Methods To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity according to China＇s standards,82 patients were randomly divided into combined treatment group which actually combined the IMRT with the Jieduguben Tang,while the control group were taken the IMRT only,41 patients for each group.Result The one-year survival rate for combined treatment group is 78%,and control group is 68%,Bone marrow suppression： neutropenia incidence of the combined treatment group is 7.3%,the control group 12.3%,the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects of two groups were 12.3% and 19.5%.Conclusion Intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with Jieduguben Tang can improve the treatment of Hepatic carcinoma,reducing the toxicity,therefore available for clincal use.
