带蒂皮瓣移植术在胫骨骨折临床中的应用研究

The clinical application research of pedicle skin flap transplantation in the tibial fractures

目的分析带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗胫骨开放性骨折伴软组织缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院38例胫骨开放性骨折伴皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料,均以外固定支架或联合克氏针有限内固定重建骨稳定性,带蒂皮瓣移植术修复创面。结果 38例获3～15个月随访,皮瓣成活良好,27例患者对受区与供区形态与功能满意,3个月后X线片示骨折端有骨痂形成。结论带蒂皮瓣移植术是治疗胫骨开放性骨折伴皮肤软组织缺损一种安全有效的方法。

Objecitve To analyze the clinical effects of the treatment of open fracture of tibial with pedicle skin flap. Methods 38 cases of open fracture of tibial with soft tissue defects from Mar 2008 to Dec 2012 in our hospital,defects were treated and restored with pedicle skin flaps combined with external fixator and kirschner wire to rebuild the stability of bone. Results All the legs were healed and followed up after 3 to 15 months,All of the flaps were alive,the clinical effects of 27 patients were satisfied with shape and function of the recipient area and donor area,and the callus were formed from the leg of x-ray after 3 months.Conclusions The pedicle skin flap is an effective method for compound fractures of the leg associated with large area soft tissue defects.
