The article is to expound how to improve the level of journalistic media surveillance in the opinion of a journalist. First, avoid two kinds of misunderstanding: one is the theory of no restrictions on media surveillance,the other is the theory of absolutely independent media surveillance. Second,improve political accomplishment to provide us with a strong sense of political responsibility and a correct starting point and strictly keep journalistic discipline and professional moral. Third,attach great importance to artistic tactics,journalistic authenticity and professional ability.
