多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分在冠心病诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分对于冠心病诊断的应用价值。方法 2011年3月至2013年3月期间,本院应用多层螺旋CT进行冠脉钙化积分检查的64例患者,其中36例冠心病(冠心病组)、28例非冠心病患者(非冠心病组),对两组冠脉各分支钙化积分进行比较。结果与非冠心病组相比,冠心病组各分支钙化积分明显升高,其中以右冠状动脉(RCA)钙化积分最高,其次为左前降支(LAD)、左回旋支(LCX)、左主干(LM)。结论多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分检查操作简便、经济实惠,适用于基层医院冠心病的筛查和诊断。
