苏南农村劳动力流动问题研究

The research of the floating of labors in villages of Southern Jiangsu

当前，由于乡镇工业边际吸纳能力的递减、农业耕地容纳能力的下降以及外来劳动力竞争压力的增加等原因，苏南农村劳动力流动中出现了诸多新问题。对这些问题的研究和解决，主要途径在于发展农村经济、转变劳动力的就业观念、引导他们进行生产性投入等，同时要为农村劳动力的合理流动创造良好的外部环境。

For the decreasing of rnarginal employment coefficient of rural industry and other reasons, rnany new problems of the floating of the labors in villages now occur. To solve these problems,following ways can be used:to transfer the employment concept of labors in villages,to optimize the quality of labors,to promoting economic prosperity of rural in Southern Jiangsu; to channel the saving of peasants into the productive process and so on. In the same time 'social environment must be reformed to promote the reasonable fIoating of rural labors of Southern Jiangsu.
