奥硝唑治疗急性根尖周炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨奥硝唑在治疗急性根尖周炎时的临床疗效。方法将90例急性根尖周炎患者随机平均分为3组,第1组为治疗组,予奥硝唑静脉滴注,0.5 g/次,1次/d,连用3 d;第2组予甲硝唑静脉滴注,1.0 g/次,1次/d,连用3 d;第3组不用药,3 d后观察临床疗效并比较。结果第1组总有效率73.33%,第2组总有效率46.67%,第3组总有效率16.67%,经两两统计学检验,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑作为新一代抗厌氧菌药物,在治疗急性根尖周炎时具有显著临床疗效,值得推广。
