椎体成形术结合中药内服治疗女性绝经期胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Vertebroplasty Combined with Chinese Herbs in Menopausal Women with Thoracolumbar Osteoporotic Fractures

[目的]探讨椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)结合中药内服在治疗女性绝经期胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折中疗效。[方法]将72例确诊为绝经期骨质疏松性骨折的患者分为对照组及治疗组。对照组单纯采用PVP,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药内服治疗。评价并比较两组治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月时的活动能力评分(MDS)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及疼痛缓解程度。[结果]治疗组治疗3个月后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较,两组在不同治疗时间(治疗前、治疗1个月后及治疗3个月后)VAS评分均较前明显降低,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。两组在治疗1个月及3个月时的疼痛缓解率及MDS有效率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]PVP结合中药内服能有效缓解绝经期胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折女性疼痛及恢复活动能力。

[Objective] To investigate the application of Vertebroplasty（percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP） combined with Chinese Herbs in the treatment of post-menopausal women thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures.[Methods] From March 2011 to June 2012 in the Orthopedic Center in Traditional Chi nese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,72 patients diagnosed with post-menopausal osteoporotic fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the patients in control group were treated with vertebroplasty treatment,the patients in treatment group were treated with vertebroplasty combined with Chinese Herbs.The treatment was for kidney virtual loss,spleen and kidney deficiency type,spleen and kidney defi ciency and blood stasis.Before treatment,1 and 3 months after treatment Visual analogue scale（VAS）,the activity scores（MDS） were evaluated and com pared between the two groups.[Results] After 3 months of treatment VAS scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group in different treatment time（before treatment,after 1 month of treatment and after 3 months of treatment） VAS score difference was statistically significant（F=333.47,P=0.000）,VAS score in the control group with different treatment time was statisti cally significant（F=164.353,P=0.000）.Both the control group and the treatment group,1 month and 3 months after the VAS scores were much lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.The pain relieve rates and MDS effective rates of 1m and 3m of treatment of both groups were similar,with difference of no statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Vertebroplasty combined with Chinese Herbs and using vertebroplasty alone in the treatment of post-menopausal women thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures have a similar effect on the recovery of the ability of patients with active,ver tebroplasty combined Chinese Herbs treatment of post-menopausal women chest lumbar osteoporotic fractures can relieve pain more quickly and effec tively,which can more effectively improve the patient’s quality of life.
