基于AHP-RBF神经网络的居民健康信息素养评价模型研究

Research on Health Information Literacy Evaluation Model for Residence Based on the AHP-RBF Artificial Neural Network

基于文献调查和专家评价方法建立健康信息素养评价体系,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用径向基神经网络作为评价工具,提出一套居民健康信息素养评价模型。实验结果表明基于AHP-RBF神经网络的评价模型能够较好地拟合领域专家的评价思维,对居民健康信息素养水平的评价更加真实有效。

The paper constructs health information literacy evalution system based on literature review and experts consultatio, intro- duces a series of model for evaluation residence health information literacy applying Analytic Hierarchy Preocess （AHP） to determine in- dex weight and using radiate basis functin as evaluatin tool. The result shows that this model won a better result for imitation thinking of experts, would have positive effectiveness for evaluating residence health informatin literacy.
