摘要
巨型悬挑桁架常用于对建筑立面有较大变化的建筑结构中。因构造复杂,构件的连接节点常使用铸钢节点,但国内外目前的设计标准对这类节点并未提供计算公式,因此,试验方法或(和)有限元分析方法常作为检验这类节点安全性的有效方法。对于桐庐励骏酒店巨型悬挑桁架中的铸钢节点的安全性能,采取了对样本铸钢节点进行有限元分析与试验相结合的方法进行检验,而对其他节点采取了有限元分析的方法进行验证,该验证方法既能有效保证铸钢节点的安全,又能节约资金。详细介绍了巨型悬挑结构铸钢节点安全性能的验证过程。
Giant cantilever steel truss is often used in the building with long complex facade.Because of the structure complexity,cast steel is often used in the connection joints of steel members.Because there is no any calculation formula for the cast steel joints at home and abroad,the experiment and FEA are the most effective method in testing this kind of joints.The safety performance of cast steel joints sample in long cantilever steel truss of Legendale Hotel is tested by full scale experiment and FEA method,and other joints are tested by FEA method.The verification method not only can guarantee the security of cast steel joint,but also is economic.Safety performance research on the cast steel joint in giant cantilever steel truss of Legendale hotel is described in detail in this paper.
