摘要
根据频率法测试拉索内力的原理开发了索结构索力无线测试系统。考虑拉索的弯曲刚度和两端弹性嵌固的边界条件,提出了基于遗传算法的多频率索力计算方法。该方法对索力计算具有较强的通用性和较高的精度,且不依赖基频或某指定阶频率,方便实测应用。利用该方法并结合无线动态测试设备,开发了集成化的索结构索力无线测试系统。系统在某体育馆桅杆斜拉索张拉成型后的索力测试中得到应用,测试过程方便快捷,索力计算结果基本准确。
A wireless cable force measurement system of cable structures was developed depending on the basic principle of frequency method.Considering the influence of the flexural rigidity and elastic embedding on the cable,a multistage frequency method based on the genetic algorithm was proposed.This method is generally applicable to most cables with high precision,and doesn't rely on fundamental frequency or a specified order frequency.Thus it's convenient in practical application.Using this method and wireless dynamic test equipment,a integrative wireless cable force measurement system of cable structures was developed.The system was used in the cable force measurement of a stadium's mast stay-cables conveniently and efficiently,with a basically correct result.
