班主任在中学生青春期教育中的角色初探

摘要 中学这一阶段是青春期发育的阶段,生理上迅速发展,心理上急剧变化。性的萌芽和成熟、性意识的发展,是青春期身心发展的最突出的标志。青春期教育就是针对这一特点,对学生进行以性教育为主的生理、心理、伦理道德知识的教育和行为规范的指导。本文主要探讨班主任在中学生青春期教育中的角色及教育技能。 Middle school is the period of pubertal development and students have a rapid development in physiology and sharp changes in psychology. Sexual sprout and maturity and the development of sexual awareness is the most prominent symbol of physical and mental development of adolescence. Education of adolescence mainly refers to the sexual education to students, including physiological and psychological education, ethics knowledge and the guidance of behavioral norms. The paper dis- cusses the roles and educational skills of head teachers in the education of adolescence of middle school students.
