摘要
高职院校要发展,必须以师资队伍建设为根本,以提高教师教学质量为目标。本文通过分析当前高职院校中师资培训存在的问题进而提出有针对性的解决对策。
In order to get development, higher vocational colleges must take the construction of teaching staffas the foun- dation and regard improving the teaching quality as the objective. Through analyzing the problems of teacher training in the current higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures.
