摘要
本文通过对4名教师的课堂观察及访谈,探讨了大学英语教师的教学信念及其与课堂教学实践的关系。研究结果表明,大学英语教师的教学信念与课堂教学实践基本一致,但受多种因素的影响,教学信念与课堂教学实践之间也存在一些差异。
This paper through the classroom observations and interviews for four teachers, the paper discussed the relation between the teaching beliefs and classroom teaching practices of college English teachers. The research results showed col- lege English teachers' teaching beliefs and classroom teaching practices are basically consistent. But due to various factors' influences, they also have some differences.
