教师没有高尚的职业道德和其他方面的综合素质,就不会有高质量的教育。在构建和谐社会和深化教育改革的今天,传统师德中能够促进教育事业发展的师德品质还应当坚持发扬,然而今天的教育面临着众多的挑战,教师职业道德必定有着很多新的内涵,现代教师职业道德的一个重要内容就是要拥有新的教育观念。会沟通、善交流、能合作也应当是今天师德的重要内涵。一个教师还应当树立与时俱进,终身学习的师德新理念。

Teachers without lofty professional ethics and other comprehensive qualities will not have high-quality education. In the current background of constructing a harmonious society and deepening the educational reform, the traditional teach- ers＇ ethics can promote educational development, so we should adhere to them. However, the present education is facing many challenges, and teachers＇ ethics will surely contain many new connotations. One of the important contents of the modern tea- chers＇ ethics is to possess new educational concepts. Being skilled in communicating, good at exchanging and able to coop- eration with others are also important connotations of the current teachers＇ ethics. Additionally, a teacher should keep up with times and establish the concept of lifelong learning.
