高校大学生党员是党员群体的重要组成部分,在新形势下,面对教育群体的新特点,传统的党员教育模式已经不太适应当前要求,如何加强和改进大学生党员的教育是亟需探讨的课题。本文在调研的基础上,分析了近年来在大学生党员教育培训上存在的问题和趋势,阐述了加强和改进大学生党员教育的着力点,并对有效路径进行了探讨。

College student party members are the important part of party member group. In the new situation, faced up with the new features of educational groups, the traditional party member education modes have been unable to adapt to the present requirements. So how to strengthen and improve the education of college student members is a subject needing to discuss ur- gently. Based on the investigation and research, the paper analyzes the problems and tendency of college student members in educational training, expounds the key points of college student member education and discusses the effective approaches of the education.
