摘要
新课标针对数学教育提出了"要面向全体学生,实现人人都能获得良好的数学教育"的标准。传统的"一刀切"式教学已经不再适应现代教育的需要,教师需要关注学生的个体差异,为不同基础、不同学习能力的学生量身打造具有针对性的教学,实现每一个学生的提高。本文介绍了初中数学练习、作业分层设计理念与实施的必要性,进一步提出了学生分层,练习、作业布置分层,练习、作业测评分层三个方面的实施策略。
The important principle of case by ease in the methodology of dialectical materialism is also applicable to the middle school mathematics teaching. Each middle school student is a different individual and the targeted teaching can get the best teaching effects. The paper introduces middle school exercises and the concept of hierarchical homework designs, analyzes the present situations of mathematics exercises and homework assignment, points out the necessity of implementing the hierarchical designs, and puts forward the implementation strategies of student homework's hierarchical exercises, hier- archical homework assignment and hierarchical homework evaluations.
