在危机干预领域中,遭受危机的当事人往往在一定时期内,有明显的异于正常生活状态下的情绪、认知、行为以及生理等反应。本案例中的当时人在遭受抢劫后,紧张焦虑伴随着一定的强迫倾向,生活和工作受到了相当的影响,在一定程度上丧失了社会角色功能。当事人通过几次的暴露疗法的治疗,在各个方面上得到了较好的改善,恢复了社会角色功能。通过这个案例,也进一步说明了暴露疗法在对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)有较强的治疗效果。

During the crisis intervention area, the victims who suffered the crisis are significantly different from the normal state of mood, cognition, behavior and physiological reaction in a certain period. In this case, the victim experienced the nerv- ous anxiety as well as certain compulsive tendencies, which greatly affected the life and work.He,to some point,lost the func- tion of the social roles.Through several explosure therapy, the victim＇s life has been improved overall,and restores the fuction of social roles. The case further explains that the effect of Exposure therapy for the treatment of PTSD is strong.
