摘要
近年来高职毕业生的初次就业率虽然较高,但就业质量不高。高职毕业生体面就业现状主要存在两个问题:就业形势严峻,就业服务不到位,毕业生的工作权利得不到充分保障;高职毕业生遭受比本科生更多的就业歧视,无法实现公平就业。
In recent years, the rate of higher vocational graduates' first employment relatively high, but the quality is not. There are two main reasons for higher vocational graduates to fred decent jobs: the severe employment situation, the imper- fect of the employment service, the lack of guarantee in graduates' working rights. Moreover, higher vocational graduates suf- fer more employment discrimination than the undergraduate students, which makes the equal access to work difficult.
