Research on Mainland Students to Taiwan Learning Services and Criterion Management After the Signing of ECFA

随着两岸经贸发展的日益繁荣,ECFA签订后的两岸在贸易往来、投资合作、学术交流方面都加快了步伐。其中大陆与台湾高校的"交换生"计划推行迅速,规模逐年扩大。通过对台湾学生交流计划实行过程中出现的问题进行分析,准确概括大陆交换生服务和管理方式实行的原则及主要特征,为今后大陆学生赴台学习服务与管理的问题研究提供理论指导。

As cross-strait economy and trade are blooming, the signing ECFA speeds up the trade, investment cooperation and academic exchanges between the two sides, including which ＂Exchange Students＂ Program between the two sides is pro- moted quickly, and the scale is expanding year by year. The paper summarizes the principle and main characteristics of the mainland exchange service and the management by analyzing the problems during the process, providing theoretical guid- ance mainland students to Taiwan learning services and criterion management.
