摘要
本文对档案管理促进建设质量的作用进行了全面研究,提出了档案是建设的有机组成部分,是质量的直接反映。档案管理是质量控制的关键环节,是提高质量的重要手段等观点;对提高建设中建设、设计、施工、监理等各方面人员的档案意识,促进档案管理进一步融入质量保证体系具有较强的参考价值。
In this paper, the file management role to promote the quality of the construction of a comprehensive study of the file is an organic part of the building, is a direct reflection of the quality.
