摘要
利用2008-2010年中国97家乳制品企业面板数据,使用Bootstrap-DEA方法估算了其效率值,并考察了这些企业效率的规模效应和影响因素。研究表明,中国乳品加工企业的效率随企业规模变化呈现倒U结构,中等规模企业效率最高,大规模企业效率次之,小规模企业效率最低;不同规模乳品加工企业效率的影响因素也存在差异,市场销售策略对小规模企业的效率影响显著,人力资本投入对中等和大规模企业的效率影响显著。
The approach of Bootstrap-DEA was adopted to evaluate the technical efficiency scores of 97 different scale dairy enterprises over the period from 2008 to 2010 in China.The scale efficiency and influencing factors were also tested.It was revealed that technical efficiency of Chinese dairy firms changed in an inverted U shape with firm size;and medium firms had the highest efficiency scores while small firms had the least efficiency score.The influencing factors differed with the scale of daing firms.Marketing strategies was the determinant to small firms efficiency;while human capital investment is the determinant to the efficiency of medium and large-scale enterprises.
